"Since 1987, every summer Castillo Perelada hosts one of the most prestigious music festivals in Europe. This cava is a tribute to all the artists who year after year honour us with their presence, shining like the stars of the Empordà sky under which they perform.
Wine has been made at the Perelada since the Middle Ages, as shown in several documents and parchments from the period to be found in the library. When Miguel Mateu bought this ensemble of monuments in 1923, one of his primary objectives was to revitalize the wine producing tradition, a tradition that is more alive than ever these days and which has incorporated the most modern technology to create wines that make full use of the nuances of the soils and vines of the Empordà." - Winery Notes

Pale pink in color. Bright and limpid. Its fine bubbles detach forming a crown around in the surface. Its aroma is clean, floral and fruity, long-lasting and elegant. Complex on the palate, very fruity, smooth, silky, with an excellent balance.Blend: 90% Garnatxa, 10% Pinot Noir
