It is unfortunate that we do not express our thankfulness on a monthly, daily, hourly basis, but rather the focus is on one particular time of year.  So...in the spirit of Thanksgiving, Uncorked would like to extend a BIG "Thank You" to our clients over the last 2½ years.  Without you, Uncorked would not be a reality for us!  You have opened your cellars and your minds to our concept...and for that, we will be eternally thankful.
