Soave is a dry white Italian wine from the Veneto region in Northeast Italy.  Only white wine is produced in the Soave region with a minimum of 70% of the wine coming from the Garganega grape. For Soave DOC wine, up to 30% of the blend can come from Trebbiano di Soave which is also known as Verdicchio and Nestrano.

Product Description

"Ever since the beginning of the 20th century researchers have identified in Soave, the eastern part of the hilly area around Verona, a specific identity linked to the origin of the soil, predominantly volcanic, which differentiates it from the other historic areas of Bardolino and Valpolicella. The Soave Doc area is, as a matter of fact, the most significant one among all the other areas in Veneto Region, that produce wine of denomination of controlled origin." - Winery Notes
