WOW: Seeing a Sea Pearl!

WOW: Wine of the Week

Seeing a Sea Pearl!
Line 39 Wines

Sea Pearl truly lives up to its name.  This wine is not the typical white/red grapefruit, citrus bomb from New Zealand to which many wine drinkers have come accustomed.  This is a well balanced, herbal, refreshing addition to add to your Spring and Summer wine rotation.

Product Description

"Sea Pearl Sauvignon Blanc and Pinot Noir, named after this New Zealand treasure, are crafted from fruit grown in the southern Wairau River valleys of Marlborough, within close proximity to the sea. We take a purist approach to winemaking, making certain the vineyards are in perfect condition and harvesting at optimum ripeness, letting the fruit express itself with minimal intervention in the winery." - Winery Notes

Sea Pearl Sauvignon Blanc 2014 Tasting Notes

"A lifted nose showing refreshing herbal notes, snow pea, melon, and fresh guava. Light bodied and refreshing with typical Marlborough flavors of passion fruit, gooseberry, and grapefruit. A pleasing herbaceous thread leads to a long, lingering finish." - Winery Notes
