WOW: Wine of the Week

New Year, New Products:
Cooper Mountain Vineyards

Cooper Mountain Vineyards

Some long time Uncorked Clients may very well remember the Cooper Hill Pinot Noir that was a UWC favorite.  Well, after a breif abscense from the market, it is BACK!  And what's better is that with it come two more product offerings from the Cooper Mountain Vineyard porfolio.  Uncorked is pleased to announce that we are working with Vino Mondo, a new Charlotte based distributor, for these wines as well as many others to come.

Visit the WOW: Wine of the Week feature on to view all three new products.  One Oregon Pinot Gris and two Oregon Pinot Noirs, all of which are under $25 per bottle!

Stock up on these as they will quickly become household favorites!

"Cooper Mountain’s unique soils are the result of a cataclysmic volcanic event in Eastern Oregon some 50 million years ago.  These soils, along with climactic conditions influenced by our proximity to both the Columbia Gorge and the Chehalem Mountains, help us to produce wines with a specific sense of place.
Cooper Mountain Vineyards got its start in 1978 when Dr. Robert Gross and his wife, Corrine, planted the first Pinot Noir and Chardonnay vines. The two of them tended the vines and carefully nurtured them as they established in the unique soils of Cooper Mountain. The vines matured gracefully to produce authentic Oregon Pinots. At first, the fruit was sold to other wineries and crafted into wine by some of Oregon’s finest winemakers. In 1987, the winery opened to offer its first vintage to the public.  We now farm more than 100 acres, grow five varietals and are committed to sustainability: - Winery Notes
