Product Description

A newly released red blend from Paco & Lola.  The vineyard source is one north of the Iberian Peninsula with a confluence of climates: Atlantic and Mediterranean.  The Tempranillo is sourced from a 21-year old vineyard located 450 meters above stony clay soil and facing Southwest.  While the Grenache vineyard is the result of interesting work performed to recover the old Grenache in the area.

Paco & Lola "Paco" Red Experience 2010 Tasting Notes

"Cherry red with purple tones, this wine has a complex nose dominated by forest fruit aromas (blueberries and cranberries) with balsamic hints.  Meaty, warm and inviting, the palate reflects the perfect harmony between acidity and fruit load levels." - Winery Notes
Blend: 50% Grenache, 50% Tempranillo

Paco & Lola "Paco" Red Experience 2010 Pairings

Excellent as an aperitif and to accompany tapas.  Savoury or spicy pasta and rice.  Fatty fish, in particular tartar fish, sushi or sashimi.  White meat grilled or cooked with the wine itself.  Soft and cured goat cheese.
